He previously went by the name Armin 2AFM, a reference to his name and three friends from his music career. Zareei began his professional music career in 2007 and released songs without government licenses until 2016. After a hiatus, he officially released his first song titled 'Raft' in March 2020 with the approval of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance.
