He represented the 9th district in the Oregon House of Representatives, which includes the southern Oregon Coast. Notably, he served as co-speaker of the House alongside Republican Bruce Hanna during the 2011-2012 session. In addition, Roblan was a member of the Oregon State Senate from 2013 to 2021, Further demonstrating his commitment to public service and education in Oregon.
