Aron Alperin (1901-1988) was a newspaper publisher and author originally from Łódź, Poland. He began writing for Yiddish newspapers and served as the local editor of the Lodzer Tageblatts from 1920. After moving to Paris in 1928, he became the publisher of the Pariser Hajnt and contributed articles to the Hebrew newspaper Ha' Arez. Emigrating to New York in 1940, he published Yiddish newspapers including Der Tog and Morgn zhurnal until 1970 and wrote The History of the Jews in Lodz. He was married and had one daughter.
