He was known for creating the radio theatre 'Estampas Porteñas' and was a prominent figure in early 20th-century Argentinian arts. He worked extensively as a librettist and director at Radio Belgrano during the 1930s and 1940s, faced censorship from Eva Duarte, and produced various successful theatrical works. Mármol passed away on June 19, 1956, at the age of 55.
