Artashes Avoyan is an Armenian lawyer and politician born on December 25, 1972, in Yerevan. A graduate of the Law faculty of Yerevan State University in 1994, he served in the Military Prosecutor’s Office of Artsakh during his compulsory military service. Avoyan has held various legal and political positions, including a Deputy in the National Assembly and Chief of Staff to the National Security Council of Armenia. His work includes serving in the RA Central Electoral Commission and advising government ministries.
