The Reverend Arthur Barrett, born in 1960, is an Anglican priest currently serving as the rector of the Arklow group of parishes. He was previously the Dean of Raphoe in the Church of Ireland Diocese of Derry and Raphoe. Barrett studied at the Church of Ireland Theological College and was ordained as a deacon in 1997 and a priest in 1998. His ministry includes curacies and incumbencies in Seagoe Parish, Booterstown, and Sligo.
