Arthur Martin Vineberg (1903–1988) was a Canadian cardiac surgeon and lecturer renowned for his contributions to heart revascularization. Born in Montreal, he graduated from McGill University and worked at the Royal Victoria Hospital. He developed the Vineberg Procedure, implanting the left mammary artery into the heart's left ventricle. Vineberg authored two books on heart health and was recognized as an officer of the Order of Canada. His work significantly advanced cardiac surgery and he left a lasting legacy in the medical field.
