He spent many years in Argentina, where he became president of the Catalan House in Buenos Aires during the 1940s. After studying medicine in Barcelona, he practiced and advocated for Catalan identity. He married Teresa Martí, and they later moved to Buenos Aires. During the Spanish Civil War, he supported exiled Spaniards and hosted notable figures like Pau Casals. He returned to Xerta after his wife's death and specialized in acupuncture, passing away on September 16, 1986.
