Arvo Untamo Männikkö (1917-1982) was a Finnish builder and industrial counselor. In 1955, he co-founded Veljekset Männikön Rakennusliike with his brothers, which constructed notable buildings in Seinäjoki, including the city library and the state office building designed by Alvar Aalto. He expanded into automotive, machinery, and hospitality sectors, establishing VM-Kone in 1965 and Hotel Aapo in 1975. Männikkö also served on the Seinäjoki city council for several years.
