Dr. Drs. H. Ashabul Kahfi, M.Ag. is an Indonesian academic and politician born on March 13, 1961. He has been a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR-RI) since 2019, representing South Sulawesi I. A member of the National Mandate Party, he serves as the Chairman of Commission VIII, succeeding Yandri Susanto. Prior to his current role, he was a member of the South Sulawesi Provincial People's Representative Council for three terms from 2004 to 2019, including a tenure as Deputy Chairman from 2014 to 2019.
