Aşıq Kərəm İncəli, also known as Kərəm Süleyman oğlu Nəsibov, was an Azerbaijani ashug born on March 11, 1945, in the Qazakh region. He was a prominent member of the Azerbaijan Ashugs Union and served as the chairman of the Qazakh Ashugs Union. Known for his contributions to Azerbaijani folk music and poetry, he played a significant role in preserving and promoting the ashug art form until his death on March 11, 1995.
