Asit Kumarr Modi (born December 24, 1966) is an Indian television producer and the founder and director of Neela Telefilms Private Limited. He is known for producing popular TV series such as 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah', 'Sab Khelo Sab Jeeto!', 'Wah! Wah! Kya Baat Hai!', 'Krishnaben Khakhrawala', and many more. Modi and his team were recognized as some of the first citizens of India nominated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to promote his Clean India campaign.
