Syed Asrar Shah, born on April 20, 1985, is a renowned Pakistani singer-songwriter and musician from Lahore. Influenced by Sufi music, he began songwriting in his youth. After relocating to Lahore in 2007, he won first place in the Pakistan Musical Conference and released his debut single 'Nai Saiyyo' in 2011. He gained popular acclaim on Coke Studio in 2014 with 'Sub Aakho Ali Ali'. Asrar made his Bollywood debut in 2015 with 'Afghan Jalebi' and has produced music under his label Soul Speaks, while also contributing to popular drama OSTs.
