Astrit Schreiber is a former German badminton player from Saxony, born on March 5, 1957. She began her sports career at the local club Aktivist in Niederwürschnitz, achieving notable success with 16 medals in youth championships. In the 1974/1975 season, she made her mark internationally as a member of the East German national badminton team, winning two titles at the International Werner-Seelenbinder Memorial Tournament and a title at the Czechoslovak International Championships. She also secured her only East German championship title with partner Monika Cassens during the same season.
