Atiqullah Atifmal is an Afghani politician born on January 27, 1957. He currently serves as the Chief of Protocol to Afghan President Dr. Ashraf Ghani. Previously, he acted as the Foreign Minister of Afghanistan from 2014 to 2015. He was also the Chief of Protocol during Afghan President Hamid Karzai's administration, accompanying him on all official visits from the establishment of the Interim Administration until 2004.
