Aurora Valero Cuenca is a Spanish painter and university professor born in Alboraia on June 5, 1940. In 1962, she received a painting grant from the Diputació de València. She was recognized with an accessit in the IX Salón de Otoño in 1965 and won a bronze medal for her work 'Controvèrsia' at the VII Salón de Marzo in 1966. Valero's artwork has been exhibited in multiple locations including Antequera and Gandia, and she became a full academic member of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of Saint Charles in Valencia in 2005.
