Austin Highsmith Garces, born on March 3, 1981, is an American actress known for her roles in the films Dolphin Tale and its sequel Dolphin Tale 2, where she portrayed Phoebe. Additionally, she co-wrote a Lifetime film adapted from the series and wrote and co-starred in Harvest of the Heart. In January 2023, she debuted the character Annie in Warren Leight's play Home Front at the Victory Theater Center in Burbank. She hails from Winston-Salem, North Carolina and completed her education in 1999.
