Axel Evert Andersson (1909-1996) was a Swedish letter carrier and folk musician, born in Halla. He started playing the violin at age seven and became a member of the Södermanland folk music association in 1925. He helped establish the Nyköpingshus folk music club in the 1950s. Throughout the 1940s and 50s, he played with various musicians, including his wife Elna. He became a recognized folk musician in 1945 and received the prestigious Zornmärket in gold in 1990, demonstrating significant contributions to Swedish folk music.
