Ayşegül Aldinç is a Turkish singer and actress born on September 28, 1957, in Istanbul. She graduated from the ceramics department at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University and initially worked as a music teacher. She represented Turkey in the 1981 Eurovision Song Contest. Aldinç launched her solo music career in 1988 and performed across Europe, the Soviet Union, the USA, China, and the Middle East. She began acting in 1985, with notable roles in films and received the Best Actress award for her performance in 'Fedayee' at the Altın Koza Film Festival in 1994.
