Aysun Kocatepe was a Turkish pop music artist born in Istanbul. She was the daughter of musician Çetin İnöntepe. Aysun married composer Ali Kocatepe in 1985 and had one daughter named İlkyaz. Since 1986, she released a total of 11 albums, starting with her debut album titled 'Güldeste.' She gained recognition in 1991 by securing the second place in the International Yunus Emre Song Contest with the song 'Come Let’s Go To The Friend My Soul,' composed by Ali Kocatepe.
