Major General Bhuwan Chandra Khanduri (Retd.) is an Indian politician born on October 1, 1934. He served as the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand twice, from 2007 to 2009 and again from 2011 to 2012. Khanduri was a Member of Parliament in the 16th Lok Sabha, representing the Garhwal constituency of Uttarakhand. A senior figure in the Bharatiya Janata Party, he also held the position of cabinet minister in the Ministry of Surface Transport during Atal Bihari Vajpayee's government.
