Justice Bipinchandra Jivanlal Divan (1919–2012) was an esteemed Indian statesman who served as the Chief Justice of the Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh High Courts, and as the Acting Governor of Andhra Pradesh. Over the years, he held various judicial positions, becoming a permanent judge of the Gujarat High Court in 1963 and Chief Justice in 1973. Divan was a notable blood donor and retired on his 62nd birthday, August 20, 1981, leaving a lasting legacy.
