Bano Qudsia (November 28, 1928 - February 4, 2017), also known as Bano Aapa, was a renowned Pakistani novelist, playwright, and spiritualist. She authored literary works in Urdu, including novels, plays, and short stories. Qudsia is particularly known for her novel 'Raja Ka Dahr' (The Eagle). She also wrote for television and theater in both Urdu and Punjabi. Her play 'Aadi Baat' (Half Talk) is described as a classic. Qudsia passed away in Lahore on February 4, 2017.
