Barbara Osborn Kreamer (born December 8, 1948) is an American politician from Aberdeen, Maryland. She served as a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates. Notably, Kreamer was the first woman to be a member of the Harford County Council and also the first elected member of a county board in Maryland to give birth. Her contributions to local politics have made significant strides for women's representation in government.
