Bashistha Narain Singh is an Indian politician affiliated with Janata Dal (United). He serves as a Member of Parliament representing Bihar in the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of Parliament. Previously, he was the Bihar state President of Janata Dal (United) until January 2021, when he was succeeded by Umesh Kushwaha. Before joining JD (U), he was associated with the Samata Party and held the position of President of the Bihar Samata Party from 1995 to 1998.
