Basil Davidovich (1911-1978) was an American layout artist in animation known for his work with Disney and Warner Bros. Animation. He began his animation career in the mid-1930s and contributed to various projects at both studios, including numerous Looney Tunes shorts. After a brief departure from Disney during the 1941 strike, he returned in the 1950s to work on classic films like Sleeping Beauty and The Jungle Book. Davidovich passed away in 1978 and is buried at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Los Angeles.
