Alfred Herbert Ernest Osborne, known as Basil Osborne, born on April 12, 1938, is a former Eastern Orthodox bishop. He served as an auxiliary bishop for the Patriarchate of Moscow from 1991 to 2006 and a titular bishop under the Ecumenical Patriarchate from 2006 to 2010. He returned to lay status in February 2010, wishing to resume family life after being married and widowed before becoming a bishop. Throughout his career, he held the titles of Bishop of Sergievo and Bishop of Amphipolis, and he cared for Orthodox communities in Great Britain and Ireland.
