Begum Aizaz Rasul (also known as Qudsia Aizaz Rasul) was an Indian politician, writer, and social worker. She was the only Muslim woman member of the constituent assembly that drafted the Constitution of India. Her contributions to society and politics were significant, and she was awarded the Padma Bhushan, India's third-highest civilian honor, by the government in 2000.
