Begum Kulsum Saifullah Khan (December 7, 1924 – January 26, 2015) was a Pakistani businesswoman, politician, industrialist, and social worker. She served as the chairperson of the Saif Group Company from 1964 to 1990. In the 1980s, she was also a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan and held the position of Federal Minister, contributing significantly to the political landscape and business sector in Pakistan.
