Ben Jeapes is a British science fiction writer, born in 1965 in Belfast. He studied Philosophy and Politics at the University of Warwick and began writing science fiction at the age of 18. Jeapes has published over 18 short stories and 7 novels, including "His Majesty's Starship", "The New World Order", and "Phoenicia's Worlds". He is also known for his ghostwriting work on the "Vampire Plagues" series under the pseudonym Sebastian Rook.
