Benoît Mutombo Nyamabo, known as Ben Nyamabo, was a Congolese singer born on May 1, 1956, in Likasi. He gained fame for creating the renowned music group Choc Stars and for composing the popular song "Riana" in 1986 while in Zaire. Nyamabo passed away on December 4, 2019, in Kinshasa after spending two weeks in a coma.
