Benjamin Oden Barger, born December 24, 1980, is a former American windsurfer who specialized in the RS:X class. He is a seven-time national champion and was the top male windsurfer for the U.S. at the 2008 Summer Olympics, finishing in twenty-sixth place. Barger served as a board trustee and chairman of the ISAF Athletes' Commission from 2009 to 2013. He trained under the mentorship of Olympic medalist Mike Gebhardt. Barger represented the U.S. sailing team at the inaugural men's RS:X class in Beijing.
