Antonio Berfran Acosta Rosado, born on September 24, 1959, in Rosário do Sul, is a Brazilian civil engineer and politician. He has been affiliated with the Cidadania party since 2001 and has served as a state deputy in Rio Grande do Sul for three terms, beginning with his election in 1998 under the PMDB. In 2008, Rosado ran for vice mayor of Porto Alegre alongside Manuela D'Ávila from the PCdoB. He became the secretary of the environment in Yeda Crusius's government in February 2009 but left the position to run for vice-governor in May 2010.
