Muntukayise Bhekuyise Ntuli (24 December 1957 – 16 January 2021) was a notable South African politician affiliated with the African National Congress. He served as a Member of the National Assembly from 1999 until his resignation in 2003 over fraud allegations. In 2009, he was elected to the KwaZulu-Natal Legislature and later became the Member of the Executive Council for Transport, Community Safety & Liaison in September 2019. Ntuli passed away on 16 January 2021 due to complications from COVID-19.
