Biagio Vittorio Terrinoni was an Italian clergyman born on March 2, 1914, in Fiuggi. He was ordained as a priest for the Capuchin Order on March 3, 1940. He was appointed titular bishop of Ferentium and auxiliary bishop of Rome by Pope Paul VI on April 17, 1971, and was consecrated on May 19, 1971. He became the Bishop of Marsi on April 22, 1977, later renamed Bishop of Avezzano on September 30, 1986. His resignation was accepted by the Pope on June 23, 1990.
