Tobias Boshell, born on July 20, 1950, is an English songwriter and musician, renowned as the founder of the folk rock band Trees. He was educated at Bedales and the Royal College of Music, where he formed Trees in 1969. Boshell contributed vocals, bass, guitar, and piano to their albums, including 'The Garden of Jane Delawney' and 'On the Shore.' After the band disbanded, he wrote hit songs for Kiki Dee and collaborated with various artists, becoming a prominent keyboard player for The Moody Blues until 2001.
