Bill Searcey was an American offensive guard, primarily known for playing with the San Diego Chargers in the NFL. Born on March 3, 1958, in Savannah, Georgia, he pursued football at the University of Alabama, representing the Alabama Crimson Tide. Searcey began his professional career in 1983 with the Birmingham Stallions and also played for the Houston Gamblers. He made a brief appearance in the NFL during the 1985 season. Bill passed away on March 8, 2021, due to pancreatic cancer, shortly after celebrating his 63rd birthday.
