Bino Farias, born André José de Farias on November 30, 1970, in Rio de Janeiro, is a Brazilian bassist best known for his work with the band Cidade Negra. He is the brother of Lauro Farias, also a bassist in O Rappa, and the late Tácio Farias, a former bassist for the band Negril. The three brothers were born and raised in the Piam neighborhood of Belford Roxo, located in the Baixada Fluminense region.
