He graduated in journalism and worked for various media outlets, including Jovem Pan and RBS TV, where he was known for hosting the Jornal do Almoço and RBS Notícias. In the 1990s, he became the general director of Rede Bandeirantes in Rio Grande do Sul and later moved to São Paulo in 2003 to host Canal Livre. He passed away on June 23, 2005, and was survived by his wife and two daughters.
