Karl Birger Ringskog was a Swedish civil engineer born on August 13, 1912, in Rinkaby församling, Kristianstads län. He graduated from Chalmers tekniska institut in 1936 and held various engineering positions in Stockholm and Lidingö before becoming a consulting engineer. Ringskog contributed to urban planning, including a city map of Lidingö. He was a captain in the Väg- och vattenbyggnadskåren and served on Lidingö's building and city planning committee. He died on May 5, 1957, from injuries sustained in a traffic accident.
