Bishnu Charan Das was an Indian politician from Odisha, affiliated with the Biju Janata Dal. He contested for the Odisha Legislative Assembly from the Jagatsinghpur seat and was a candidate for the Rajya Sabha elections in 2016, where he was elected unopposed. In 2017, he resigned from the Rajya Sabha upon being appointed deputy chairman of the Odisha State Planning Board. His life came to an end on July 6, 2020, after he suffered a stroke and was hospitalized.
