Bjørn Flage Pettersen was a Norwegian Labour Party politician and head of Postverket. He began his career at Postverket in 1954 and served as postsjef in Bergen and district chief. In 1984, he became the general director of Postverket, a position he held until 1995. He was also active in the trade union movement, serving as the chairman of Den norske Postorganisasjon, and was a state secretary at the Ministry of Transport from 1975 to 1978.
