Blagovest Stoyanov is a Bulgarian canoe-kayak athlete from Asenovgrad. He won a bronze medal in the men's K-2 500 meters at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona. Stoyanov achieved significant results with his teammate Marinov, including winning a bronze medal at the 1994 World Championship in Mexico City and repeating the achievement the following year at the 1995 World Championship in Duisburg, this time in the 200 meters event.
