Bo Elkjær, born on July 27, 1966, is a Danish journalist and author, known for his persistent attempts to interview former Prime Minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen regarding Denmark's decision to join the Iraq War. Educated at the Danish School of Journalism in 1997, Elkjær worked for Ekstra Bladet from 1995 until December 2011, later serving as a web editor for Journalisten.dk. He won the Cavling Prize in 2003 with two colleagues for their coverage leading up to the Iraq War, notably for his white paper 'The Lie About the War - The War About the Lie'.
