Boris Valentinovich Gorobets (April 24, 1928 – November 7, 2015) was a Soviet and Russian engineer in the atomic industry. He earned a Candidate of Technical Sciences degree in 1971 and was awarded the title of Honored Machine Builder of the Russian Federation in 1998. He was a laureate of the State Prize of the USSR in 1969 and served as the head of the Main Directorate for Nuclear Munitions Production from 1986 to 1995.
