Boris Nikolaevich Ketoев was a Soviet agricultural and party leader, corn grower, and participant in the Great Patriotic War. He was born on September 17, 1923, in Vladikavkaz and passed away on July 14, 2015, in the same city. He served as the chairman of the M. Gorky Collective Farm in Beslan from 1955 to 1966 and was the first secretary of the Ordzhonikidze City Committee of the CPSU. In 1948, he was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor and became a member of the CPSU.
