Boris Papik Mnatsakanyan (born January 16, 1940, in Arjnis, Noyemberyan Region, Armenian SSR, USSR) is an Armenian geographer and hydrologist. He achieved the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences in 1976 and later became a Doctor of Geographical Sciences in 1998. In the same year, he was also awarded the title of professor. He has contributed significantly to the fields of geography and hydrology throughout his academic career.
