Boris Obnosov (born January 26, 1953, in Moscow) is a Soviet and Russian aircraft engineer. He serves as the director general of the Russian State Corporation for Production of Tactical Missiles. Obnosov holds the rank of Major General in the FSB (Federal Security Service) and has made significant contributions to missile technology and production in Russia. His leadership in the tactical missile corporation has been pivotal to Russia's defense capabilities.
