Borislav Mikhailov is a former Bulgarian football goalkeeper born on February 12, 1963. He is the current president of the Bulgarian Football Union and a member of the UEFA Executive Committee. Mikhailov captained the Bulgarian national team during the 1994 FIFA World Cup and the 1996 UEFA European Championship. He also represented Bulgaria in the 1986 FIFA World Cup and holds the record for the second-most international appearances for the national team with 102 caps, including 60 as captain. He played for clubs like Belenenses in Portugal and Moulins in France.
