Karl Börje Andersson (1930-1994) was a Swedish Social Democratic politician from Borlänge. He served as the Minister of Defence from October to December 1982 under Prime Minister Olof Palme. Prior to this, Andersson held various local government positions, including chairman of the municipal board of Borlänge. Known as 'Röde Börje', he was referred to as Borlänge's 'strong man'. He resigned from his ministerial position after two months due to personal reasons, preferring to return home to Borlänge.
